Tonight’s E2E meeting at BioSkin was, wait for it… Awesome!

Great turn out. Great story.

Tanner Cropper told the story of how his father, Dean, started the company and grew it to 40 employees in Southern Oregon and 60 in Mexico.

The story showcased the spirit of innovation that is in their DNA. From patented product development to marketing and sales to the NBA.

We even got a little into succession planning and what it was like to the founders children to grow up in the business and start to take over.

They shared stories on growth, retail expansion, flex time for employees and growing international and online sales.

Thanks as always to People’s Bank for the Beer and Pizza.

We will see you next month.

Our next Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur meeting will be hosted by Tanner Cropper and others at BioSkin.
